Our products, websites and services are mainly designed for adult use. If you are under the age of 18, it is recommended that you ask your guardian to read this Privacy Policy carefully, and that you shall not use our products and/or services, or provide any information to us, unless you have obtained permission from your guardian in advance.
The main points of this Privacy Policy are as follows.
I. We shall specify each category of the personal information we need to collect from you and its purpose, so that you are aware of the categories and purposes of the specific personal information we shall collect from you for a particular function, as well as the method to be used for garnering such information.

1.1 The personal information you provide us when you wish to browse our website for acquiring other information about our products and services, applying for product experience, requesting for customer support (e.g, access help and training support), using “Contact Us” or other similar functions and downloading files from our website, such as your name, post, company name, address, telephone number, E-mail address, or your user name and password, etc; the enterprise information you provide us, such as the enterprise full name, unified social credit code, enterprise address, industrial affiliation, main businesses, etc. Since mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, our intention to collect such information is to meet the demand of the Network Real Name System enacted by relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide your phone number, you may not be able to properly use the service of ZHUIYI . However, if you only need to make use of some basic services of our website, such as browsing and search, etc, you do not need to provide the aforesaid information. But if you choose not to provide such information, we shall not be able to provide you with relevant products or services, nor shall we be able to respond to you or solve the problems you encounter.

Furthermore, when our customers (mostly enterprises) are making use of our product and service, they may possibly be collecting your operational information or call information. 2.2 Duration of information preservation
2.2.1 Generally speaking, we shall preserve your personal information only within the period required to achieve the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy, unless it is required or permitted by law to extend the retention period. After the appropriate retention period expires, your personal data shall be deleted. If, for technical reasons, we cannot completely remove some data from our system, we shall take proper measures to prevent from further use of such data.
2.2.2 In the event that our products or services should cease to operate, we shall inform you of such mishaps in the form of a push notification or an announcement, and shall in that case delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

Therefore, unless otherwise specified or separately disclosed in this Privacy Statement, we shall process such personal data on behalf of our customers (and/or their affiliated companies), in spite of the fact that the latter (and/or their affiliated companies) are responsible for their relevant personal data. We shall not be responsible for the safety of customers’ privacy and their data security practices, nor can we put them under control. This point may be inconsistent with the provisions contained in this Privacy Statement. If your data have already been submitted to us by, or on behalf of, an AIForce customer, and if you wish to exercise any right in accordance with an applicable Data Protection Act, please directly consult the related customer. Owing to the fact that we can only get access to customer data by following customers’ instructions, if you wish to put the request directly to us, please provide us with the name of the AIForce customer that submitted the data. Then we shall deliver your request to this customer and provide support according to your requirement within a reasonable time line.
VII. Update of Privacy Policy
In due course, we may need to revise this Privacy Policy. After any clause of this Policy has been changed, if you clearly agree to, or continue to, use our website or software, you shall be considered as giving your consent to us for collecting, use and preservation of your personal information based on the updated Privacy Policy.
VIII. Protection of juveniles
We attach great importance to the protection of the personal information of juveniles.
